These terms apply when you use quantral.com or sign up for early access to Quantral. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Quantral is

Quantral is software that aggregates publicly available signals about companies (mentions in online communities, news, and similar sources) and produces a single signal strength score per company. Right now we are in a pre-launch period and the only thing you can do on the site is reserve a spot on the waitlist for early access.

Not financial advice

Quantral is not, and will not be, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Our scores, explanations, and any other content are informational only and reflect signals we observe in public sources. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security. Markets are volatile, signals can be wrong, and past patterns do not predict future outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not entitle you to a product, a feature, a discount, or a specific launch date. We may close the waitlist, change the criteria for early access, or decide not to launch the product at all. We will contact you at the email you provided when (and if) access opens.

Acceptable use

Please do not abuse the site. No automated scraping, no attempts to break security, no using the waitlist form to test other people’s email addresses, no impersonation. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone from the waitlist at our discretion, particularly when these terms have been violated.

No warranties

The site and any content on it are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantral and the people who run it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or any content on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Quantral name, logo, and the design, text, and code of this site are ours. You may share links to the site and reference Quantral in normal commentary, but you may not copy or reuse the design or code without written permission.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. The latest version will always live at this URL with a current “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the competent courts of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer resident in another country, the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence continue to apply alongside these terms.
