Privacy policy

Quantral (“we”, “our”) operates the website at quantral.com and the early-access waitlist for our upcoming product. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

Who runs Quantral

Quantral is operated by Mayako LTD, a private limited company registered in Varna, Bulgaria (registration number 205469135). You can reach us at hello@quantral.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you reserve a spot on the waitlist. We collect nothing else through the form.
• Anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and reports page views, referrer, approximate location (country/region), device type, and similar non-identifying signals. We do not pass your email or any other identifier into Analytics.
• Standard server logs from our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which records IP address, request URL, user agent, and timestamps for every request as part of normal web operations.

How we use it

• Your email is used only to contact you when early access opens, and occasionally to share progress updates relevant to that. We will not use it for unrelated marketing.
• Analytics data helps us understand which channels bring visitors to the page and which parts of the page work. We look at it in aggregate, not per-person.
• Server logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging. We do not analyze them for marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising. We do rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site:

• Cloudflare hosts the site (Pages) and the waitlist database (D1), and provides our CDN and DNS.
• Google Analytics processes anonymous usage data on our behalf.
• Resend delivers the email we send to your inbox when access opens.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and as data processors for us under applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until either (a) you ask us to delete it, or (b) we close the waitlist and clean up the list as part of our normal data hygiene, whichever comes first. Server logs and analytics data are retained per the defaults of Cloudflare and Google Analytics respectively.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@quantral.com from the address you signed up with. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies for the analytics described above. We do not use cookies for advertising. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, which will not affect your ability to sign up for the waitlist.

People under 18

The site is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our product is intended for adult users only. If you believe an under-18 user has signed up, email us and we will remove the record.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged via email to anyone on the waitlist before they take effect.
